Pet Policy

We understands that pets are part of your family, so we welcome them to join us in our communities too. But some restrictions do apply.

 

 

Weight Limit:
80 lbs. (combined weight of all animals)
The projected average weight at the time of maturity can’t exceed this amount.
Ex: A Saint Bernard puppy isn’t allowed even if they plan on staying one year before
it exceeds 80 lbs.

Pet Limit:
3 animals (maximum 2 dogs)
All pets should be spayed and neutered.

Breed Restrictions:
Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Dalmatians,
Staffordshire Terriers, Chows, Akitas, Huskies and Alaskan Malamutes.

Fish Tanks:
40 gallon maximum, permitted on the first floor only.

Pet Fee:
$400 non-refundable.

Pet Rent:
$40/month, per pet.
