Moved in early summer and was looking for a nice community. Luckily we found the grand at Polaris matching to our needs with ... lots of nice amenities and well maintained units. Staff here are so responsive and I love to walk around, lounge in the leasing office when I get bored at my unit occasionally. Overall a 5 star rated apartments. My husband and I toured the Grand Polaris with Evan who is the property manager. He was amazing in welcoming us and going ... above and beyond in showing us all the amenities of the property. He was very upbeat and really made us feel secure about renting an apartment here, knowing the management cares about their renters. The complex and apartment is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. We also met the maintenance gentleman who was equally welcoming. They both showed professionalism with a great upbeat attitude. Before we even moved in, the staff showed us just how excellent Grand at Polaris is. Joe made sure that we were given the ... best experience as we moved our family from Cleveland on short notice. He went above and beyond when giving us the information we needed (he even went out of his way to take pictures of the unit since we were unable to tour in person). Joe's dedication was ultimately why we chose Grand over the many nearby options. Once we finally moved, we felt right at home. I recently moved to the Grand and could not be more satisfied. The office staff made the move-in process seamless. The community ... is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location is great as I work near downtown and my wife works north of the city, making the commute easy for both of us. The amenities are amazing and I especially enjoy the workout facility which is very spacious with plenty of equipment. We love the lifestyle that we are afforded at The Grand. Our townhome is beautiful, the grounds are well kept and always ... blooming with flowers, the pool is clean and beautiful. We use the gym weekly, I indulge in Starbucks at the coffee bar every morning on my way to work, have used the club house often for entertaining, have barbequed poolside with friends/family, and enjoyed the fireplace and lounge area outside. The only things I haven't tried yet is the theatre room, game room, planting a garden or using the dog park ( no dog, yet). I feel spoiled and pampered daily. I also enjoy not having to do any yard work. My neighbors are really nice and I always enjoy meeting more of them at Club House events! The staff at The Grand are top notch. They have always had time for any concern that I've had and addressed it promptly. Brad, Megan and Duke are great to work with! We are really enjoying our lifestyle at The Grand!
